Professional Pump Casting Manufacturing Processes
Our pump casting foundry uses four mature and stable manufacturing processes. We match different pump precision levels, part structures, batch sizes and client budgets. We also provide full secondary machining to guarantee finished product quality.
1. Investment Casting (Lost Wax Casting)
We adopt silica sol investment casting and water glass investment casting. This process makes high-precision pump parts with smooth surfaces (Ra0.8 – Ra3.2μm).
It supports complex inner cavities and thin-wall pump structures. It needs little extra machining and keeps tight dimensional tolerance. It fits stainless steel and alloy steel precision pump castings for small-batch and mass production.
2. Sand Casting
Sand casting has low production cost and simple molding steps. It can produce extra-large and heavy-duty pump castings.
It works well with cast iron, carbon steel and bronze materials. It is the best choice for large-caliber pump bodies and bulk large-order production.
3. CNC Precision Machining
We have 3/4/5-axis CNC machining centers. We provide turning, milling, drilling and threading for all pump casting blanks.
